Welcome to The Goddess Movement!

This will be our landing page while we navigate the changing covid protocols and guidelines. We have altered all of our offerings to be low intensity consisting of a warm-up using breath and stretching, individual skills and technical learning, and low-intensity combinations of skills to aid learning and mind-body connection. We have drastically decreased the maximum number of people allowed in class to provide even more space between students than what is required. Please feel free to look through all of our BCCDC covid safety protocols on this page. Know that just because our offering and protocols are different, the same warm, welcoming environment we are famous for is still thriving strong. We are committed to continuing to provide space for people to connect with themselves and others in a safe way, feed their mind-body-soul, and maintain their mental health. Together, we will rise!

Pole Training

Engage in pole training with us in a safe and low intensity way. Our classes offer a breath-focused, mindful warm up, then strength training pole skills are introduced in progression through the session. All poles and students are 8+ feet distanced in class and we are refraining from doing any face-down floor work. Poles are sanitized with alcohol between each student’s use. We are offering levels Intro, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced currently. Please check our schedule to register.

Floor Based Movement Classes

All of our floor-based movement classes such as LUVEN and mini-courses are taking on a new look focusing on foundational education. These classes are focused on low-intensity technical skills and understanding how to use these to build strength body as well as create a mindful connection with the body. Warm up will include a low intensity, breath and stretch focus, then the class will focus on individual digestion of skills. Classes will be managed with many breaks and by taking turns executing skills to avoid increased respiration.

LUVEN registered program: we offer levels Beginner, Intermediate A and B, and Experienced. This session is currently closed for new registrations. Our summer session will be open for registration in April.
