I am a good-food-and-coffee-loving, kick-lunging, mountain-climbing, fitness-and-pole-teaching mother of two (soon-to-be three) who moonlights as a high school teacher during the day. You will surely know I’m in the studio by my laugh (I’m told it’s “hearty”), and I love to dance it out and celebrate successes with flying high-5’s and ninja kick-lunges.
