New to pole?  This class is your launching point! Register for 4 consecutive 1.25 hour classes to learn the basics of pole movement and The Goddess Movement signature head to toe workout. EVERYONE can do this class! Integrate your mind with your body.  Feed your body with wonderful life-affirming energy while you challenge it with pole flow, holds, and spins.  Our unique program accommodates those with little pre-existing fitness levels as well as provides options to challenge regular fitness enthusiasts!  Every woman deserves this kind of celebration of femininity and fire!  Classes begin the first week of every month.
