4 week Intro to Pole Fitness




New to pole?  This class is your launching point! Register for 4 consecutive 70 minute classes to learn the basics of pole movement and The Goddess Movement signature head to toe workout. EVERYONE can do this class! Integrate your mind with your body while being challenged with pole flow, holds, and spins. Our unique program accommodates those with little pre-existing fitness levels as well as provides options to challenge regular fitness enthusiasts!  Every woman deserves this sensual escape from regular life!  Classes begin the first week of every month.
