Classes are arranged in six week sessions, one class per week. It is recommended
that you take at least two sessions to feel confident and comfortable with the movement– although you
can continue on as long as you like!
Each class is over 85
minutes, incorporating progressions of:
Mat Exercises: This repertoire of exercises will beautifully
work the derriere, abdominals, legs and arms to strengthen, stretch and revive you.
Hip-talk:
You will learn to unlock your hips and let them
move how they were intended– mesmerizing and powerful.
Sensual Moves:
The movements that only we as women are blessed
with! Learn the enjoyment in the simplest
movements and gestures. Learn the “g” walk,
barrel circles, hip rock and more! You
will also learn playful choreography on the wall
and chair.
Pole Work:
A program designed to be
accomplished by anybody! The focus is on
creating spins, holds and eventually inverstions
with strength, control & grace. Safety and
success is our promise to you!
Try-It-Out
Class Need just a taste to see what THE GODDESS
MOVEMENT is all about? Our Try-It-Out Class
is just
for you! This one-time class is an hour in
length and you will be introduced to: Our warm up
- A short toning session for the abs and glutes
- A piece of wall choreography you can take home
if you wish - And of course the child in you will get to
whirl on the pole!
Levels 1-5 and Graduates

Learn your basics, foundations to build on.
Great abdominal and glute workout wall and
chair choreographyas well
as
your introduction to the pole! No previous
dance or exercise experience required!

You continue to add on to your basics with
new floor moves, and a dance routine.
Your
pole work begins to take shape with new
spins.

While learning new
skills, your focus is now geared toward
freeing yourself from your
mind– learning to
feel the music and your movement. You add on
to the chair routine
in level 1. The
workouts get a bit more challenging and you
really start to fly on the
pole and learn
your preps for inversions (upside down)!

Your “g” movements are becoming your own and
your inner goddess is having fun
at play!
You learn more challenging floor work and
begin to string your
choreography together.
You are now in full inversions and are
practicing fantastic
spins and strength
moves on the pole. Your focus here is on your
own creative movement using the
basics from
all levels as well as your own
improvisation. You continue honing your
pole
skills and begin to add tricks to your
inversions. (We also offer pole options for
anyone who does not desire the inverted
tricks)

You have created a full playground for your
inner goddess. Your focus here is on
your own creative movement using the basics
from all levels as well as your own
improvisation. Practice control &
grace while adding more advanced holds,
inversions and spins.
Graduates.
This is your time to be free and play. Each week has a different focus
giving you an
opportunity to practice various skills and
themes. You continue to learn new
poles moves as
your strength improves and there is always new
“routines” taught for
you use and play with. Grads is ongoing
and ever changing. You could take grads
class for years as there is always new materials
and skills.
Fuchsia
Program (Advanced Pole)
This is the prime class to jump your pole skills
to the next level. We will be working on
advanced inversions, strength holds, and trick
combinations. You will also put together a
short pole routine that is all your own! Our
focus is on pole endurance as we put together
combinations of spins, inversions and climbs.
Come join us for some amazing aerial skills!
There is a 5 person maximum limit to this class
to ensure everyone gets enough pole time to feel
comfortable with these advanced moves. 6 weeks,
registered.
Drop-In Classes
This is a class sure to tone you up and trim you
down. We use many of the Goddess moves
in
combination with Pilates principles for one
powerhouse of a workout. And the best part?
You are having so much fun you forget that you
are sweating and your muscles are on fire!
This strength workout has been delivering
results for 3 years strong. $11.50
per class or $95 for 10 classes. Unlimited

Burlesque
The lovely Miss Amanda will create for you an
incredible, smoky, sultry piece of dance
choreography! Keeping with the roots of
Burlesque, the choreography tells a story with
the music. Over the 4 weeks you will build a
sizzling routine full of fun dance choreography
and lots of attitude! 4 weeks, registered.
Zumba!
The Zumba®
program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms
and easy-to-follow moves to create a
one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you
away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to
work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while
experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting
hour of calorie-burning, cardio pumping, body-energizing,
awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and

every class, no experience necessary.
Mom & Baby Fitness
This Nordic inspired workout used baby as
resistance to get you back to your pre-baby
self! Use of a snuggly or bjorn in the first
half of class will get your heart rate going
using exercises designed for Nordic cross
country skiers. The second half, babies play
while mom moves through pilates exercises to
tone the pelvic floor and gain core strength and
stability. Babies can be newborn to
pre-walking. Older kids welcome but you
must supervise as there is no childcare.

Aerial Hoop
The circus comes to you! This program is
designed for beginners to advanced. You
will learn graceful swings, holds, sits &
transitions on the steel hoop (or lyra) hung
from a modest height from the ceiling. Safety
and success are our focus so we offer crash mats
and well trained instructors to spot your every
move! 6 week class for ages 14 and up!
Groove
Forget choreography - goove-ing is simply about
moving to music the perfect way... your way!
Groove facilitators will offer 2 movement
suggestions in a given song and then encourage
and offer ideas of how to "groove" those moves
in a way that works for you. There is no
right or wrong way. This cardio class will
take you on a heart-pumping ride of smiles,
sweat and fun.
Remember what it was like when you were 9 years
old and danced like no one was watching and sang
in to the hairbrush? We now give you
permission to be 9 years old again... party on!
Open to adult women & their kids (14 years and

Family
Groove
All of the above fun but open to men, women &
children of ALL ages (0 - 102!). Kid
themed songs & movements so everyone can join
in! Family groove are offered free, as we
want to create a place where families can be
healthy together!
