POLE
INTRO TO POLE
This 4 week series is where all newbies will start. Enjoy a series of 4 classes where everyone is a first-timer! This series is for absolutely EVERYONE who is wanting to learn the feminine expression of pole. Every body type (yes I mean everyone we have students ranging from 100lbs to 300+), every background, every age, every style (even those of you who think you are uncoordinated). This 4 week series will teach you the fundamental strengthening exercises for pole, basic foundational technique and your first spin! You can repeat this 4 week series as many times as you like. Series begins the first week of every month, $99+gst.
BEGINNER POLE
Pole fitness and flow class geared to those who have already completed Intro to Pole and are looking to continue building their foundations and strength while being challenged with spins that face the pole, are sideways to the pole, and are flying without feet. Climbing will also be introduced in this series. This hour long class will contain a brief range of motion warm up, transitions and a new skill each week. For all our previous pole clients, this level will support Level 2-3 students. A student should expect to register for this series many times to work their way through all 3 levels of curriculum. Eight week series, $199+gst.
INTERMEDIATE POLE
This class series will focus on higher level skills that involve spins that fly (no feet or legs) as well as inverted skills of all kinds. The Beginner Pole Series is a prerequisite for this Intermediate Series. This hour long class will consist of a range of motion warm up, strengthening exercises, and a new skill each week. For our previous pole clients, this level will support Level 4-6 students. A student should expect to register for this series many times to work their way through all 3 levels of curriculum. Eight week series, $199+gst
ADVANCED POLE
This Advanced Pole series is for the pole die-hard. A high level of strength and pole awareness in necessary. Full competency in basic inversions (inside leg hang, outside leg hang, butterfly, and caterpillar) is required. Completion of Beginner and Intermediate Pole series is required. This hour long class will include a dynamic warm up, strengthening exercises as well as a new skill or combo each week. This is an open-ended, limitless level that can be registered for indefinitely. Eight week series, $199+gst.
ARMY OF SASS

ARMY OF SASS
Affectionately termed AOS, Army of Sass Abbotsford, is first and foremost a community of like-minded peeps who are looking to connect and support one another. Secondly, we teach heels dance!
There are two ways to jump into your dream of being a Beyonce back up dancer…
1) Drop in classes: We run drop in classes for the first 7 weeks of our session. Each drop in class is comprised of a warm up, AOS specific drills and skills, a core workout, and dance choreography. If you are intrigued but want to try it out, drop in classes are a great place to start. And your heels can be of any size and shape from a simple, to combat boot, to a wedge bootie, to a skinny stiletto for those familiar with heels.
2) 10 week series. If you want the full AOS experience, the 10 week session is for you. In a 10-week registration, you will train 2 hours per week, one class being the drop in and the other being a choreography class. In the choreography class, you will be learning dance numbers that will be in the session-end show…YES a stage production! Included in your 10 week registration is your 2 hours of training, tech and dress rehearsal, and the production/show night (costumes additional).
We hold 3 sessions per year: Sept-Dec, Jan-March, and April- June. Turn your Light on high, we are here to help you shine!
DANCE CLASSES
We do not teach your traditional dance class. Our classes are designed specifically for adults, of all experience levels (yes even beginners!). When our leaders teach dance, they want most for you to feel the passion of dance. They know that dancing as an adult should be full of play, exploration, and connection…not competition. Our studio vibe lives strong in these classes: acceptance, love, and support. We are the perfect place for your happy feet, even if you have two left ones!

MOVEMENT CLASSES
These classes are dedicated to the “fringe” ways to move your body. They are not quite dance, they are not quite “gym” classes. These classes allow you to access to explore movement and connect to your body in non-conventional ways. Our goal is to help you connect your mind, body and spirit more deeply while keeping your body fluid, powerful, and feeling free from restriction.
