As the weather gets hotter, we sweat, nearly all day.
Add activity to the list and we can deplete our electrolyte stores very quickly. This can lead to muscle cramps, headaches, and diminished ability to repair tissues.
Enjoy this replacement drink knowing it is all natural without all the nasty sugar and artificial flavors/colors in commercial drinks!
1 L filtered water
juice from 1/2 organic lemon
1 tsp of honey or pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8-1/4 tsp baking soda
