Pole Classes

INTRO TO POLE

This 4 week series is where all newbies will start.  Enjoy a series of 4 classes where everyone is a first-timer!  This series is for absolutely EVERYONE who is wanting to learn the feminine expression of pole.  Every body type (yes I mean everyone we have students ranging from 100lbs to 300+), every background, every age, every style (even those of you who think you are uncoordinated).  This 4 week series will teach you the fundamental strengthening exercises for pole, basic foundational technique and your first spin!  You can repeat this 4 week series as many times as you like.  Series begins the first week of every month.

 


BEGINNER POLE

Pole fitness and flow class geared to those who have already completed Intro to Pole and are looking to continue building their foundations and strength while being challenged with spins that face the pole, are sideways to the pole, and are flying without feet.  Climbing will also be introduced in this series.  This hour long class will contain a brief range of motion warm up, transitions and a new skill each week.  For all our previous pole clients, this level will support Level 2-3 students.  A student should expect to register for this series many times to work their way through all 3 levels of curriculum. Eight week series.

 


INTERMEDIATE POLE

This class series will focus on higher level skills that involve spins that fly (no feet or legs) as well as inverted skills of all kinds.  The Beginner Pole Series is a prerequisite for this Intermediate Series.  This hour long class will consist of a range of motion warm up, strengthening exercises, and a new skill each week.  For our previous pole clients, this level will support Level 4-6 students. A student should expect to register for this series many times to work their way through all 3 levels of curriculum.  Eight week series.

 


ADVANCED POLE

This Advanced Pole series is for the pole die-hard.  A high level of strength and pole awareness in necessary. Full competency in basic inversions (inside leg hang, outside leg hang, butterfly, and caterpillar) is required. Completion of Beginner and Intermediate Pole series is required. This hour long class will include a dynamic warm up, strengthening exercises as well as a new skill or combo each week. This is an open-ended, limitless level that can be registered for indefinitely.  Eight week series.
