Limits & Boundaries

Boundaries are important, limits are meant to be tested, prodded, questioned, and examined. Creating healthy boundaries in relationships, caution around injuries, and distance when in strife are all incredibly useful.

Limits are a bit different. Limits, I feel, are like check in points. When we perceive a limit, the challenge that lies within is to ask, “Does this limit serve me?” If the answer is no, we must then experiment, change perspective, gain tools or education and tell that limit to take a hike!!!!!

Where do you perceive limits? Are they real? Do they serve any purpose to keep you from dying? If the answer is no, then blast that limit outta yo way, for you are a powerful being with an expansive world to experience, gifts to share, and passions to revel in!
